Adult Sacraments: Don’t let another day pass you by without filling it with the real presence of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit. If you or someone you know desires to celebrate First Holy Communion and/or Confirmation, we can help you complete your initiation.
Becoming Catholic: If you or someone you know has been asking questions about the Catholic faith, we invite you to meet with a member of our RCIA team (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults). We are here to meet your personal needs. Family RCIA is for parents and children desiring sacraments after the typical age.
Infant Baptism: Parents meet with Fr. Paul for a first conversation; then attend a one hour parent session about the theology of baptism and the significance of this new life in Christ. Baptisms are celebrated during a weekend Mass.
First Reconciliation and Holy Communion: Preparing to receive God’s grace in the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Communion begins in 1st grade. Sacraments are celebrated in 2nd grade.
Confirmation: This initiation sacrament completes the gifts of the Holy Spirit first received in Baptism, and opens many privileges and responsibility to those confirmed. For teens, specific preparation for Confirmation begins in 9th grade, and is celebrated at the end of 9th grade.
Returning to the Church: Have you, or someone you know, been away from the Church for a while? Are you angry with God or the Church? Have you been thinking about coming home? We encourage you to visit with a member of our Welcome Home team. They are here to listen to you and answer any questions.
