St. James Our Lady of Fatima Parishes

St. James has made Online Giving available for parishioners who would like to make donations to our weekly offerings, as well as other parish collections. We are utilizing this technology for the well-being and growth of our parish community. 

With the financial support of its parishioners, St. James Parish will continue to prosper and grow.  When you participate in on-line giving, your donation is conveniently transferred each month from your checking or savings account directly to the church. There is NO cost to the parishioner to participate in the WeShare online giving program.  

It's easy to allocate different amounts for different collections, and view complete, accurate financial records at any time. You can set up a one-time or recurring donation, and can get started in just three easy steps:

Q: Which payment methods are accepted?

A: WeShare has the ability to accept contributions from checking accounts, savings accounts, debit cards, or major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, depending on which options your WeShare administrator chooses to make available.

 

Q: Do parishioners receive receipts for their donations?

A: Yes, all contributors enrolled with WeShare can elect to receive receipts via e-mail.

 

Q: What if parishioners feel uncomfortable not having something to physically drop into the collection basket?

A: We provide a printable form that can be put into the collection basket that says, “We lovingly made our donation through WeShare.”  As a participant, you are still free to make additional gifts by check or cash.  You may continue to place an additional offering in the weekly collection basket if you wish.

 

Q: Is WeShare safe?

A: Yes. WeShare is certified with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS) as a Level 1 Service Provider. We implement the safest security standards for online transactions.

A record of each gift will appear on your monthly bank statement.  In addition, St. James will continue to record and report to you all of your gifts regardless of which method of giving you choose.
